McLaren's new staff reshuffle

Woking - To achieve the target champion in Formula One (F1), 2011, McLaren made a number of reforms that are vital. Paddy Lowe was appointed as the new technical director.

Rising Lowe as director of engineering at the Woking-based team forced to choose Timo Goss as director of engineering. With this new position, Goss has a greater role in the development of his McLaren car.

Duet Lowe - Goss believed would make the task of design director Neil Oatley easier in developing a number of programs McLaren.

"It was exciting to be working with Neil with Goss served as a director," said Lowe, as quoted by Autosport, Friday (28/01/2011).

"With the existence of the three of us will not only be more efficient, but will also share about race. It is important to have senior people at the track racing because that's where you get points, "Lowe added.
